I am looking to buy about 8 Blue Surface Mount Diodes #0805. Does anyone have any of these or can someone point me in the right direction to locate some. I have seen some online from US companies but I am looking for some here in the GTA. Any input that can be provided will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Kevin.

That would be great. My girlfriend lives at McCowan and Lawerance so I am out that way all the time. Shoot me the link and I will see what they have.
I recommend to call them first, because sayal and active do not carry a lot of smt components when I needed to get all my smt components for my g-force meter I had to source it all through http://www.digikey.ca. If you are going to go to a sayal though only go to the one off victoria park because that is where the main warehouse is.

I will look through all my stuff I might have some but not 100% sure about it.

I will go where ever I have to go. Get me an address or a phone # and I will give them a shout. I don't want to shop on-line because these LED's are only about .45 cents USD. and I only need about 3 if I only do the A/C & Defrost and up to 20 if I do the radio too. But I think I am switching my head unit.
for sayal just check http://www.sayal.com
Active electronics http://www.active-tech.ca
Supremetronic http://www.supremetronic.com/
Electrosonic http://www.e-sonic.com

I would say these are your best bet on finding what you need locally. Good luck on your hunt. Should be able to find smt leds. There is one other shop on Queen st. Called active surplus they carry everything under the sun that is surplus they might have it at the front desk. It is near the mac store on queen st. Dont think they have a website.

I have been to Active Surplus before. They DO have everything and more. I will go there as a last resort. I don't want to pay for parking to buy $2 worth of LED's. I will check out the places you suggested first. Thanks again and I will keep you posted.
All of those places have locations at dixie and the 401 might be best to check at those locations first since they would be closer.
