You'd be surprised... there's really only 5 or so active mods, and not all mods catch all things... I've picked people that have a good 'eye' for certain things, to make sure that rules and guidelines are enforced equally.

Otherwise, I'd have to give up my paying job to sit here and babysit... that's no fun.
