Okay so the Steeda springs are going in very shortly and I'm trying to decide what I want to do next with the car in the coming year.

One of my ideas was to have a set of Mustang stripes applied (Think Pony package) but I wanted to see how it would look.

So what I'm asking is for is help from you 'shop people to give me a rough idea of what the car would look like with a set of flat silver stripes on the hood, leading to the trunk and a set of stripes on the doors at the bottom with FUSION spelled out in the Pony package font. Here are some shots of the car, bear in mind that the car has had the eyebrows added on the headlights since these were taken:

I don't know Daniel. I'm not sure the stripes would suit your car. I'm all for the drop. Can't wait to see it actually. But the stripes? I'm not sure.
retrofit hid i guess?? :)
Don't do it dude.

the car is clean enough as it is.
I have to add as well that stripes won't do it for this sedan.
i really dont like these stripes but its your car.

The only car i like them on is the dodge viper.
Okay so it looks like the stripes idea is failtastic :(

Stumbled on to something else though that looks more promising (assuming the seller will ship to Canada) a front grille and lower valence for the car.

Seller is asking $170USD shipped within the US for both pieces.

Any thoughts?

Do you have any photos of other Fusions with those grills on?
Are those just the stock grills in smoke? Those would suit your car perfectly. They seem a little pricey. You could do the same with NiteShade.

No, not the stock grille but the Fusion Sport Black Chrome upper grille and the Street Scene black chrome lower valence.

Advantage to buying this is that the work is done, all I would be paying for is the labour to swap out the pieces and have the stockers still available if the need arose to revert back and as for it being pricey, even ZTW will tell you, Fusion grille parts are not cheap

Oh gods, that would be a nightmare to install, given the cramped space around the headlights for one and the need for the Bulb Out Warning eliminators that would have to be wired in for the other

They couldn't be to hard to install. Someone here, possibly me could provide the labour free of charge to get them on for you.
What I would do...

1) the grille and insert above
2) MRT twin scoop hood
3) MRT rear window spoiler

Done. :D

EDIT: Just saw the Street Scene stuff online too. Not bad...

Edit 2: Oh, and black out the fog light surrounds, trunk strip, crack open the head lights and tail lights and black them out too!

If it was just a case of dropping the stock front bumper to swap the grille, there are many how to's on the net, but because of the added 3d Carbon lip on the car, I'm not sure if the whole thing could drop in one piece or if it would have to be taken off in stages and then re-assembled.

Though now that I recall, they did attach fasteners for the lip spoiler in the front wheel wells

LOL that's quite the list there :D

As to the headlights, no one has sucessfully opened the Ford OEM headlights. It appears that the way they are molded together makes it impossible.

Oh god if I didn't have the AWD system that I do in the car it'd be an interesting project :o (I'm sure the AWD internals on Ecoboost TT's are stronger than mine, in fact I think the posting by DP about the Ecoboost Flex mentions a stronger AWD setup)

AFAIK the system I have is only good to 300HP before bad things start happening.

Drop a 302 in there and call it a day. :P
