meet is on rain or shine!!!

i was hoping for good weather!
but . . . looks like i wont be that lucky!!

if it is raining, we will be inside the timmies!
no point in cancelling the first meet!!!

but in two weeks it won't rain!
it has been arranged . . .

I'm back in town for the summer, untill August anyway, and never mind meeting new people...so count me in. I just don't know if rain would be good for my car. I took off all the engine dressing and is totally exposed, so...if the roads are dry then tonight is good.

if you notice someone walking into a timmies with a jerry can then I sugesst you run like hell.

I am still thinking of coming. The child is fed and just about to get into the bath. We should be there but we won't be staying long.

I didn't go to work today, I've been sick since Friday.

Ya' I think I can comeout to the Masiv meet, I always do Broli its Chris that doesn't go anywhere.

what time does these meets start at? 9:30? 10:00 ish?

I got home around 9ish. I was there with my daughter, Tony (ticketz) and Daniel (NefCanuck) were there as well. Broli was there with his Mazda3 and more cars were showing up as we were leaving. Looks as if this is going to be a good turn out. Only thing I can complain about is the cold. My daughter was complaining about the cold but she was running around to keep warm.

More people should go to this meet. While I was there the Foci were out numbering all other cars. We need to show these people what the Focus Community is all about.

Got back from the meet about 15 minutes ago. Decent turn out but holy mother of frack was it cold! :ph34r: I'm like downing an extra large Timmies just to *try* and stay warm while we were shooting the breeze :P

...didn't win anything either, 1 in 9 odds my arse :angry:

I will be there bar any problems with the baby. What time do you all head home at? just wondering because I will be coming in from Trenton. How are the Police with all these "street mod cars" in town and that many in one place? I've been watching shows and from what they show they are really cracking down on any modified car.

Never saw any police prescence last year when we met up at the west end Toronto Tims location. I think the key is we generally are quiet (aside from the occassional booming stereo or revving engine) and we stay out of the way of the customers just looking to get in/out of the parking lot.

It wont be next monday but it will be April 17th at the Westside Timmies. (map on 1st post) I would hate for you to drive out and no one be there. I am not sure I will make it to the Westside but I will make it to Kipling and Dundas everytime.
