I cant believe I didnt post this here yet...

This is a video of a training meet I ran about a month ago for my pkto.ca site. Unfortunetly you dont get to see me in the video as I was the one instructing/filming/yelling at them to push harder..

Needless to say this sorta gives you a little insight to what Ive been upto, my training methodologies, and the kinda stuff my training center which I hope to have in 07 will deal in.

Sorry about the quality.. its only a small draft that I threw together very quickly in hopes of getting some rookies out to the next one I had.

If anyone ever wants to come out and push yourself... By all means let me know.

You'd probably get a better response if you said come out and PULL yourself not push.
