No, that's Sonic Blue. Not a great pic though, in the rain and all.

Looks like the other focus blue. Malibu blue? I don't think that is sonic blue man...

SVT parts don't make an SVT ....2002 .....15,000.00 ....?

Low mileage, 6 speed... sounds like a common SVT.

They all have build numbers and badging somewhere on the car though, right?

EVERYTHING on the outside of that car points to it being a legit svt

1. Grill
2. Bumper
3. Rims
4. Side skirts
5. Mirror covers
6. Painted door handles
7. Painted mouldings
8. Rubber Lip

The weird thing is, the COLOR looks like malibu blue to me but that was limited to sedans, there were never hatchbacks painted that color.... And only recently did zx3 get the sonic blue (svt color)...

Two options I guess:

1. repainted car

2. some SERIOUSLY messed up colorghting/camera tricks to make the sonic blue look like that

The thing is though, I think the color on the car is TRUE, cause look at the gt beside it, that looks pretty much like a mustang gt in red... so it can't be lighting/shading/rain....

Good call on the Mustang, Tony... I never noticed that till you mentioned it. It's the same colour as a GT that we lived 4 doors down from till we bought the house.

Either that cam sucks at rendering blues, or it is a custom / alternate colour.

It is not sonic blue. It looks like the Ford blue that we used to put on the Windstar. It's a grey/blue.

malibu blue does NOT look like that, its obviously the other lighter blue that they have available for the SE and LX.. those werent available on early hatchbacks either.. and sonic blue is much more dark than that..

I can't find pictures right now but i've have to agree, that is the true colour, and i have seen that colour on alot of focus' before (sedan, never hatchback)

weird though... SVT ?

In Ford speak it is called SP blue.

I agree with Sparky, that looks likes Sonic blue down the side, just the the light/reflection from the sky on the hood, rain throwing the look of the color off.

i really dont think it sonic blue as i have malibu blue, and sonic blue is much darker than my car.. if it was the picture that had bad colours, i'd say malibu blue before sonic blue for sure..

There are simple ways to alter that colour. Program or no program. (cam tricks) But it's for sale, and if the picture was that off with the colour, I doubt it'd sell.

looks like true blue or medium wedgewood blue to me... I called them and got the VIN decoded it and it is paint code S1 (SVT BLUE) weird... never seen one this colour before... it is an SVT
