Photoshop, everyone knows SPV's aren't capable of movement and that skinny guy doesn't look like any scooba I know.

It needs either a geyser of oil, brake calipers disintegrating as it rolls, or a problematic gearshift linkage IIRC.

Whydon't we just MSPaint on some flames and smoke, add in fleeng pedestrians and call it a day?
