Been watching the news?

Whoo Hooo!

My house is worth 16% more than 18 months ago. Average for the city was 12%.

As for the amount itself, it is "off" (low) by alot always has been.

How was it in your hood?

(EDIT for mods: please to to "Ontario", I'd do it myself if I were a mod. 2001 ZTS for mod!!!!!!! )

Mine is only worth 12% more, yay I'm average...but thats in Whitby.

About 7.5% more for me, but that's okay. It's very much under valued, but that just means less property tax. No complaints here.

Toronto residents had a property assessment form mailed to them. You're in woodbridge, so I don't know when you'll be getting one
