I'm thinking 2 colour is the way to go.
One for stickers.
If we introduce too many colours, we're going to look like toys r us.

save that for a separate t-shirt design if it comes to that.
This is what we used for the stickers and the tshirt design. The tshirts feature 2-color red and white lettering, but could look better on screen as red and gray or something..
I think we should definitely stick to something nice and clean and professional looking, rather than goofy fonts you can barely read.

I think the logo is balanced...just my opinion though.
