Taylor Made XD burners.
s***ty service at Golf Town, so I complained, and managed to get staff pricing on my next purchase.

I'm thinking a new R9 driver is in order.
Would I shop at Golf town again? Probably not.

Sweet. But I'll still kick your ass.

And Nevada Bob's had them on sale this past weekend.
Golf Sucks IMO.

Yeah man, I saw that.
But because of my complaint to Golf Town, I got employee pricing.
I got 40% of the sale price. It was a deal I couldn't pass up.

HBD to meeeee.

:)
Taylor Made is the sh7t! Went out this past sunday for a game of 18 holes... can't wait to get this season into full force.
Nice pick up, just try not to helicopter it into a tree ;)

Saw a golfer at Angus Glen do that once, I looked at dad like "WTF?" and he said "Happens all the time, we usually end up collecting enough clubs to make a couple of sets by the end of the season

This reminds me that I still haven't made it down to TO for a golf weekend....

Sounds like a typical and my last service call at my Ford dealer.

oh no. what happened?
Broke the accesory belt because the alternator seized, did that and the "10 year service". Made it from the dealer to home, to one soccer game with the kid and the belt had a rip after 20km TOPS. Dealer blammed that on the fact that the plastic cover is missing at the bottom of the pully set; said it was a foreign object that got in and caused the cut.

Funny it's gone 100,000 previous km without it?

Their knowledgable solution, no word of a lie: "we cut the peice off that was flapping around, you're good to go"

Don't tell me for one minute they didn't pry the belt on or used vice grips or something instead of loosening the tensioner.

I demanded a cab (their expense) and said I am coming over NOW. The service rep was conveiniently no longer there when I arrived. It's not over and regardless of the outcome the Focus doesn't go there anymore.

The sort of thing one remembers when it come time to buy a new car.

Oh and $30 for a license plate bulb replacement, as I said this isn't over.

I am going to make them wish they lived in North Bay.
