Well, with the insane gas prices I'm really thinking of getting a locking gas door for my car, I was thinking that most of you are thinking the same thing, so why don't we do a group order to see if we can get a cheaper deal on them.

I for one want one.
I tried like hell to take the old gas out of my car, short of drilling a hole in the gas tank I could not get a drop of gas out of it.

I'd still be interested tho :P
get the locking one from canadian tire
sounds like a plan guys! :D
I"m interested too.
how much for a locking gas door that looks similar to the billet one?
i can probably get the euro door kits but i dunno about any other doors.

Just some FYI:
the focus like most post 98 cars come with an anti-siphon device which make it impossible to steal gas.
Well mitch, I think it's just the stock euro focus locking gas door most of us would be wanting. it's what I want to get, mainly because it's something I was planning on getting when I did the rear of the car next year.

but with the price of gas being still over a $1L it's been bumped to near the top of my list of things to get.
any news on whether or not there will be a group buy on these things?
Lol our gas price here is .83tre HAHAH
i checked into it recently and there would be no to a minimal discount on ordering a bunch of these doors. Maybe 5% off... not really anything to get fired up about on a GB.
And if I want your gas, i'm just going to drill a hole in your gastank.....

Isn't there a danger of heat/sparks ?
I was under the impression that all gastanks lately were plastic.....
I remember my truck's was metal, probably stainless steel. Not sure about the focus though.
focus is plastic last i checked
yo they cost $24 at Crappy Tire
