What needs to happen is for alternative fuels to come into the market big time so with competition OPEC will have to drop the price of oil and for once compete with other energy sources. The only problem I see with my theory is that oil companies and car companies are pretty much in bed if governments don't legislate changes in how energy is used we will be using internal conbustion engines untill there isn't a drop of oil left.
Laterz :)
The price here in Saskatoon is 111.9 a litre.

The diesel price is probably a true indicator of where the price of gas should be. Diesel prices are usually pretty steady and don't go up and down like a toilet seat everytime there is some kind of crisis somewhere in the world.
Even with the everyday gas price wars, diesel holds steady at pretty much the average gas price between the highs and the lows.
Fukin animals..
119.9 in Guelph
117.8 was a bargain....

102.1 here now....
still 1.059 here. some stations 1.039 others like 98 depending on where u go.
AS of 5 am this morning gas hit $1.269L all over Brampton and milton areas. I had to fill the company van up this morning and we only put v-power in the van and it was $1.379L and was completely empty was $115 to fill the tank on the van.
I heard on 680 news that by December if the oil plants in the southern state are not up and running by then we could be seeing over $2L at the pumps for regular.
if they keep this rate up, well be seeing $5L by december. Bastards! Its funny how the gas from down there doesn't even supply much and when supply goes down, the prices don't but they get one little excuse and it goes skyrocketing up. All those oil excutives are going straight to hell
I say by 3.00 per litre... theres going to be chaos... people beaten up for gas... fight and s**t like that...
it'll be the end of the world here in north america
