Will the bottom 98 euro grille fit on the 2000 zx3 stock bumper?

Here is a 98-01 lower euro grill in a 2000 ZX3.

The stock lower grill incorporates the mounting for the fogs. You will have to cut the mounting section off the lower grill and attach them to your new lower grill.

what do you zip tie the grille to in the middle?

I didn't with mine. I guess some versions of the euro grill are a little more curved than the North American version. With more curve they might stick out more in the middle. The zip tie holds it tight to the centre verticle member.

With mine I only ziptied to the fogmounts, 2 per side and it's held tight and straight for over a year now.
