I like it too... but might rather have the wall mounted hooks as it would take up less space in my garage.

When storing you tires and rims make sure to store them on the sidewall only...
It will just flatspot them and throw the balance off.

I just pile mine on the floor in bags. you can get tire bags from CT for free.
but $20 ain't too shabby either.

Not much of an investment to be sure ... but if you read the consumer reviews virtually every one of them references cheap materials and "keep the kids / dogs away from it" ... my impression of this offer is that the product is being discontinued and they're dumping inventory.
I stack mine on top of each other on the sidewalls with a bit of cardboard in between to keep the rims from touching - never had any problems with the tires and takes up no more room than this stand ... and it's about 20 bucks cheaper.
