A few questions for anyone who knows.

So I've seen gold eap's only in photos but never in real life, did Ford only make a seriously small amount?

For the ones who have any color of eap's, how much did you pay and what colour?

I've priced out the black ones and at my cost there still unreasonably priced.

and

If anyone is thinking about selling there's.....
I don't mind curb damage, chips, scratches (I can repair myself)
let me know :D
I was looking at buying a set of dark agent EAP's last year. Did a lot of searching and found the best price was from Karbelt Speed & Custom @ $90 per rim...mind you the dollar was doing much better at the time, but still the best price around.

Since the golds are discontinued, your most likely gonna have to pick them up used. Another option is to paint or powdercoat a similar wheel. Team Dynamics have a few multi-spoke designs that look good...and they're light weight ;)

...Just did a quick check...Ford Racing, C-F-M, and BAT are all out of stock.
Keep your eyes on the FS boards!
yeah I've already talked to Karbelt and looked into some Team Dynamics Pro-Race 1.2's, havent had much luck with either.

Theres a set on FF for $200 US, but he wont ship them and I'd rather buy in Canada so I dont have to worry about brokerage fees.

I've also found some killer looking bronze wheels, but the only distro I can find is in California

I like the bronze Rims that you photoshopped Everytone has EAP's I say go with the other style rims
Personally, I'm a big fan of the EAP's...but those do look nice!!! I'd go with them.

this dealer carries a large line of wheels (i believe they have offices in ottawa and toronto)

Tirerack has stock, at $125 US a wheel...

You could also try http://www.buyfordracing.com They list them at $109 US a wheel.

Um, they are based out of a house in a residential area. Not sure if they should be trusted. Anybody ever dealt with them before?

I sent them an e-mail regarding tire availability and pricing. I will let you kow what I find out.
The EAP's I purchased were through a rim/tire shop in Markham who happened to have a Tirerack account. A set of EAP's mounted & balanced with chrome stems, with 215/40ZR17 Nexxen N3000 Tires cost me $1100 out the door.

Still one of my favourite choices for the Focus :P

If you still have your heart set of a set of Bronze/Gold EAP's, see if you can find a set in good condition, strip them and powdercoat them to the color/shade of Gold/Bronze of your choice.

Good luck with your search!
Thanks everyone!

If I can find a easy way to ship the 18" 5AD wheels I'll def be riding on those.

If I can find used eap's I'm planning on re-finishing them and running them as winter rims cause I have a set of 17" snow tires to put on.
Want gold rims? Come into Subaru world lol
