I'm wondering if it's possible to install factory rear head rests into the back seat that has none, and if anyone has tryied this yet, without changing the top half of the back seats or changing them completely.

Anything is possible, I know I got rear ones on my car. You'd have to have some sort of support though for the pegs where they enter the seat. Maybe hit up a junkyard and scoop a set off a front set of seats from a junked foci. It's an idea...... I'm pretty sure the only thing that you need is the pieces that sit on top of the actual seat that hold the pegs. I don't believe there is much difference inside the actual seat but not sure......
