Is there a flat black wheel paint out there? Or could I use any paint....

From duplicolor.com, it lists their wheel coating colors as:
WP100 White
WP101 Silver
WP102 Graphite
WP103 Clear
WP104 Bronze
WP105 Racing Satin Black

Dont know if Satin black is flat enough for what you're looking to do.. Really I dont know what the difference between their wheel paint and any other automotive spray paint for steel/aluminum.. could be just a more durable paint or something.
I once used rollbar and chassis paint from crappy tire on a set of rims and it worked out good. Black primer would probably work pretty good and is cheap to repair. I am waiting for my bodyshop employed brother to paint my SVT wheels flat black to see what he uses and how it looks.
