Does anyone have a picture of the chrome rear hatch moulding on a black ZX3 they could post for me. It want to do this to my ZX3, but want to convince my wife that it looks good before I do it. Thanks

So what's the general sentiment on this mod, does it look good, or does it look a little tacky?

Chrome on the darker finished cars the look is choice! As for the lighter cars Black looks good but chrome says "MMM$$$$ Bling!!!" Tacky is only when you over dose the stuff(wippers,antenna, wheel well trim, door edge trim etc...)

No disrespect but I don't like it. I much prefer a body color matched or black actually but I guess it depends on what color car it is. On black, I think it would stand out WAY to much. It seems to 'suit' the sedans but not the hatchbacks IMO.

I think it would look really good with a black car.

I think the chrome trim piece is tastful on any color car. It doesnt look out of place at all.. I've got one on my silver car and love the look.

im planning on removing my chrome peice and replacing it wiht a body colored(black) plastic piece, along with painting my stock grills, mirrors and door handles al body color.
