I dont recall Volant ever looking like this??

The scoop is an accesory/addition to the Volant. I remember reading it was big bucks though.

Looks pretty cool if ya ask me.

I think that would be the best working intake we can get.

I got a VOLANT and wow, of the other two intakes I have used in the past, amazing difference! The scoop I don't think is released yet. There has been literally months and months of talk about it over at FF.com (maybe from over a year ago) and still nothing.

What happens to the battery? Does it get buried under the scoop? Does the scoop form the new battery cover (requiring screws to be removed if you need a boost)?

Ford Focus (2000-03) our kit for the Focus features an optional Ram Air scoop (part # 39420C) that draws the cool air from the front of the car to produce the power you’re looking for. The scoop bolts directly to the top of the box for an easy installation.
