$650 for the race and flex combo from Mitch.
LOL I know its going to be loud. Good thing no CAT law in Sask LOL. Im going to try it and see how it goes. I like loud/mean sound but if it's super crazy I will have to pop in a resonator or of course if I run into any probs with the cops for being to loud.
There are alot of really loud cars here thow. Mostly Jbodys or Riced out Honda's with just mufflers on lol..

From Focus Sport
Quote:FocusSport Performance Headers
Our FocusSport 4-1 Race Header is designed for track use and plays a very important role in maximizing exhaust flow for all out performance for your Zetec Focus. Construction consists of 16-gauge heavy-duty steel tubing and laser cut flanges measuring a full 3/8" thick. We use 1 5/8" diameter mandrel bent runners which merge into our 2 1/2" ID collector for maximum flow. The runners for cylinders #1 & #3 measure approximately 22" from the cylinder head flange to the collector, while the runners for cylinders #2 & #4 measure approximately 27" in length. Since the Race Header is for track use, it does eliminate the factory emissions equipment, but we do provide fittings for the EGR valve as well as the oxygen sensors. The FocusSport Race Header will give lightly modified cars a 6-7 horsepower gain and an increase of 4-5 lbs. of torque* measured AT THE WHEELS. Highly modified cars, such as our FocusSport project Focus have yielded gains as much as a 25 horsepower** gain and an increase of 13 lbs. of torque**, measured AT THE WHEELS. Finished in a polished ceramic coating that can withstand constant temperatures of 1200° Fahrenheit.
Dyno Sheet 1 shows our base Focus run vs. our modified Focus run. Mod parts include FS Exhaust, FS Cool-Flo, FS Wires, chip, Kent adjustable gears and cams set at stock cam timing, and FS cylinder head. No aftermarket header was used, only factory exhaust manifold and catalytic on Dyno Sheet 1. The Dyno Sheet 2 shows what kind of gains you can get with a modified car "with" the race header, FS Exhaust, FS Cool-Flo, FS Wires, chip, Kent adjustable gears as well as cam timing adjusted for max performance, and FS cylinder head.
looks very nice. when are you putting it on.
nice forarm...
you work out?
 my sexy hairy arms lol
Im not quite sure when I want to put it on. Im so dam lazy lol. I got the hard wire o2 sensor but what o2 sensor do I use. The 1st or 2nd?
Wowzers, nice quality. (the parts not your arm)
Whats that flex made out of? Is that stainless or aluminized steel?
I don't think that Focus Sport makes a 2.5" flex pipe. Mitch can tell me if I am wrong. I ended up going with the ss flex 2.5 from trubenz.
Nice addition tho Jay. Had to think long and hard about what was going to change on the car for exhaust this year. Neighbours and noise played too much into the equation.
the only thing that is werid with the flex is like there is a rattle noise in the flex part. maybe im just stupid lol but im thinking glassbeads  I dont know. Anyway if you shake it good enough one will fall out and it looks like a little pebble. I dunno LOL
Dan your gay
"Focus" on the car part not the forearms! :P
no the FS flex is 2.25" not 2.5.
hell the header is only 2" at the flange opening...?
