looks like SCT is releasing a shop manual for it's SCT pro racer package and their new highspeed OBDII datalogger is available as well...

Quote:SCT has also released the Pro Racer manual. This book is over 100 pages of step by step tuning instructions and in-depth explinations of how things work. This book is available directly from SCT for $75 for Pro Racer Package owners.

Other recently released products from SCT include:

SCT Raptor - This is SCT's fast OBD-II Data logger.

I think the next $75 I spend will be on the tuning manual :P
Funny I thought the only "high speed" part of the SCT was the way the money leaves your wallet.

Stick with it!!

Once you go stand alone everything else looks like a compromise.
The raptor is a great product. I have one. Several local members and i have been working with randy at FS to get very custom tunes. based off what we have logged and then sent him.

A 3min log will fill a MS excel sheet thats 65k rows. I have noticed that you get about 16 entrys before the ECU can adjsut. The raptor is logging at 600 samples per second. I also have a wide band hooked into it so i can do tuning on my personal car. It also works on any odb-II 96 and newer.

I highly recomend the raptor to anybody that plans to tune there own car.

in the right hands, it's a good tool.

but it's not something you want to learn on your own dime, that's for sure.
