Hey Guys,

Rockland has cruise nights/show & shine every tuesday night in the TSC parking lot. Rockland is about 20 minutes east of Orleans.

On June 8th (rain date is June 15th), I will be having a BBQ at my place with another car club that I go lapping with. BBQ starts at 6PM, then we will head down to the show and shine for 7PM.

Thought I'd extend this invite to the Ottawa guys here in case they are interested. Its a nice drive out here, especially if you take the back roads. Traffic will be busy at 6PM, but the way home should be a nice cruise.

Burgers, buns and hot dogs are on me.

I can make it to the show and shine but not the bbq. i've been down a couple time's to see the old muscle cars, it's indeed a fun time.

Maybe I'll being a couple of co-workers too... One in an old 2.5RS, the other with a Focus...

If the weather holds up, this is still on. Expecting about 20 or so folks to show up so far.

I will be emailing the show and shine organizers and giving them a heads up this week-end.

Looks like I'm out. The little guy has a doctors appointment at 4:30 that night.

Good turn out, going to do this again later on in the summer.

Andrew - I felt bad....these are all guys I lap with and I realized you didnt know very many people there.

Oh, and you must post pics of lesbians, or else you are banned. Good guys, its a lot different than here, but were all track nuts and we get really good deals with some track days. So if your interested in tracking the fofo, this is the site for you.

Thanks for the grub and hospitalitly, much appriciated. No worries about the crowd, it was all good.

I did take a look on the midnight runs forum, and was going to register, but figured I should get your user name as a referer. I would like to track the Focus a bit, nothing too extreme, but I would properly like to learn the limits of the car. Just send me a PM. I don't know any "car" guys in Ottawa, so its nice to connect with some like minded people.

You guys left just at the right time, as I was leaving, a couple unmarked OPPS rolled by on 17, headed to the show.

2 of my close neighboors are rocktown OPP. 1 gave me a rather dirty look when I came back. Guess he didnt like the all those cars parked on the street. Ah well!!

My name is 'Blind' on the MR board. There is an intro section you should go to 1st. The guys will give you a hard time, but its all in good fun.
