im as new as one could get as dealing with superchargers. is this a good deal or what.

he says its only got 15000km on it

Offer $1500 and see if he bites

But it looks like there are alot of extra goodies there with it.... so $1800 isn't bad

1800 for some nice solid boost is a decent deal. Add in some water/meth and your golden for track days. Some nice clean fun there...
