Do it yourself, it's really easy to do.
Grab some high heat primer, some dupli-color wheel paint, and some really fine grit sand paper.

yes paint it yourself..
i painted mine using vht paint and last 4 years before i sold..
i still have 1 spare i painted and still looks fresh..
all you gotta do is to sand current surface bare to metal or until you see primer
apply primer 1 light, 2 med wet coat..
2 light base color, 2 med wet coat..and let it dry and clearcoat 2 light, 2 med wet..
on the car

i sandblasted the rims i had on my zx3 then duplucolered them. they looked good id defiantly suggests you at least try it your self first.

Duplicolour Wheel Paint is the way to go. Just make sure to use a good self etching primer. Normal primers won't properly bond to aluminum due to the slight layer of oxidation.
