I had the same combo on my '07 wagon (Pro Kit + 215-45-17 rubber on Ford ST200 rims ) and had no rubbing issues whatsoever even when heavily loaded.

What's your rim's offset - maybe the problem stems from there.
lol i have eibach sport lines and H&R spacers lets just say you know when u hit a bump lol ill post pics soon
the rim int 17 x 7.5 with 40 offset
DIY fender roll is pretty easy...but i also know a shop that does it with a special tool for $35 a corner

The last time I was there these guys were rolling fenders - I have no idea how much. They're in Mississauga.

i use to have a 17x7.5 rim with 40 offset, definitely needed a roll on the rear with exact same springs back in the day. i would upgrade dampeners and roll the fenders and be mad flush. i loved those dimensions on my car but didnt wanna put up with rubbing.

they don't do it anymore but you can rent the fender roller cheap.

the catch is you might crack your paint
they charge $50 for the rental. I found a guy on kijiji willing to do it for $70..and sg-motorsport in Brampton for $100...both gurantee no paint damage..

seriosly there's never a gurantee when the car gets with age
True..I'm really thinking to sell these and buy something smaller..
