Looks good. Can the rear seats still be used?
Do you track the car?
rear seat can be used, but not sure seat can be fold down, never had rear seat when i had it..

anyway, i like the color!
and it looks like a rollercoaster "get me out of here" bar for whoever sit at the back.
Looks good, but I pity the poor soul who sits back there when an accident occurs. Guy is going to have a big headache if the belts don't hold up.

im thinkin of putting some of that squishy black pipe insulation stuff on it with some zip ties to avoid such accidents lol
Like riding in a rollercoaster.
Hope you have contortionist friends cause its gonna be a hell of a time to get in and out of that seat since it is a zx3. If it was a ZX5, wouldn't have been a problem. Might as well remove the seats.
Yeah the back seats are just for show now lol

is it a noticeable addition? add any stiffness while cornering?
can the Cops bitch about this.... I got Busted 10 years ago for a roll cage in my CIvic... Something about Race equipment in a Road car.
Roll cage is illegal as it drastically changes the structure of the vehicle. In this instance, not sure.
Rear seats are required, show or not. Just ask Kona.

technicly with road cage you're suppose to use a helmet. In case of a roll over you hit your head on one pretty damn good, even with those paddings on the cage.
true seat are required by insurance company, not by cops..

i was in downtown after 12am and on the way back to gardiner, there was 6+ cops blocking road and they all saw my car and mentioned about roll cage(not cage but..)but they never give me warning or fix ticket.

If you slide the front seat all the way forward while its also tilted, some people who are shorter then 6 feet can get in pretty easily. But yea its pretty stiff now, i also have the old skool focussport front and rear strut tower braces` so its great
