a serious suggestion, ice rinks sometimes get melted down. It may not be impossible to book one for a low price (if everyone pitches) to do a bigger car meet inside of? and maybe do that as a 2010 finale?
edit: i went to a lan party for a weekend once and unfortunately for me, they didn't get the right pad, but the previous year they had gotten pad #2 which had direct access to the parking lot... which translated into half the pad being used as an inside parking lot.
Get a pad with ice. I got my snows on now. LOL

ice rink defies the point of staying warm :p
