I don't know if that's true or not, but it would be hard to prove either way as they are not interchangeable anyway.

I recognize the #, that is SVTSeller. Personally I liked the 5spd, but the synchros were the weak sauce in them. The GETREG I have now, has none of those issues, the 6spd is a way better transmission, its holding up 225whp and on a stock clutch without any issues...
