Sooo.. I come home from work to swap my winters, and I'm met with

effin' fucking hell...

so I've now had my car broken into twice (once the focus, this now), and my locker broken into...

I'm pissed....
Wow that f'n sucks!!

Time to get insurance to pay for a cloth top?!

Also look into a car cover, I think there are kinds that lock with a cable tie around the bottom? Not sure if it would help?
hope your underground parking has security camera's...
there aren't security cameras in the garage per se.. just the stairwells and entrances.. nothing that'd catch the kids doing it.

There's usually some kids smokin' up and drinking in the garage. I'm pretty sure it's one of them.. but I was away on vacay and work ... so there's a lot people who walked by those cameras....

it sucks, but I'll have to sort it out with insurance tomorrow I suppose.....
Wow... that's bs man!
Time to move! wonder if you can get your condo to pay for damages?
If I remember DP is in a rental and if that's the case, getting the Landlord and Tenant Board to order anything against the landlord in this type of situation is nigh impossible.

For unless you can clearly show that the landlord was made aware of security issues in the garage before the incident and deliberately ignored it the Board's position is that the landlord can't be held responsible for something that no one brought to their attention as an issue. Especially because they have cameras at the entranceways into the garage.

These problems have been brought up before... I know a few tennants who've complained about the kids smoking up in the garage.

I'm going to talk to the building manager after I get the car to the dealership.... will see how willing they are to lose a steady paying tennant of 10+ years
what sucks is the $500 deductible... friggin' hell... if I recall correctly, the cloth top is about the same price as the vinyl.. and I've always wanted the cloth top... hmmmm.. first real upgrade?

spend the $500 on a gun. shoot the first kid on site. word will spread. i bet no one will touch your car anymore lol.
did they take anything or just screw your car up?
they got spooked by the alarm once they got the passenger door open.

So they climbed up on top of the roof (will post pics with shoe and clothing prints), cut it, climbed in enough to open the door, and then the alarm went.

Which is odd, because it's supposed to have an infrared intrusion alarm..
Wow, thats what you call motive to kill!

I think its time to f**k the lil bastards up. Buy some Paint gernades and then when you see a bunch of them tell em to get the hell out and toss one there way lol

Done it before to some lil bastards that use to hang in front of my house and stteal the chrome valve caps.

But seriously they should have a walking gaurd that patrols the yard every hour on the random hour.

They have cameras at the entrances, and guards that patrol -- and nothing was reported in the security reports.

So that means that the kids did it the day I found it (unlikely considering the dust on the car), or that they just plain suck (most likely).
Did anyone on here know about the break in before you.......

I doubt threatening to move would even make them flinch.
Still I would.
^^-- not this time -- officially anyways.

but I know how tall the person was, what shoes they were wearing, and an idea of what they were wearing. If I find 'em, I'm inserting some foot into ass.
good news?

Gonna call the detective tomorrow, but I may be off the hook for my deductible soon. Score one for the good guys!
There you go. The justice system can insert a foot into their ass. Well probably not, they'll just get a slight slap on the wrist.
The kid(s) will get a slap on the wrist, but I'll at least save the deductible. yay!

I wonder if I find out who this kid is, if I can pursue a case of my own against him... I'm feeling rather vengeful today.
thats suck man sorry to hearAngry
