Brand New take offs with factory Pirelli tires
only 1000kms on tires, still nitrogen filled and stored indoors since car was purchased.

is the bolt pattern the same with the 2012 focis?

I have no idea if they will fit the 2012's

No ... 5x108 vs 5x114
