does anybody make a carbon lip for the 1999-2003 focus?
If anyone did, not any more. It's becoming harder and harder to find new fancy parts for 1st gen Focus. Best bet would be to search the US sites for what you are looking for.
might be easier to get a street edition focus wagon lip and carbon fiber warp it, lol i found one for my car, looks pretty sick

Street Edition lips are kind of like hen's teeth too ... apparently there are a couple of older Mustang lips that can be made to work, and are more plentiful.
Mach1 lip is the winner for me...

What kind of side skirts are on this car?
Those are Wings West 'sedan' skirts, since they don't come up in front of the rear wheel.
how hard are those mach 1's to find... and will they fit the euro bumper?
Mach 1 lips are easy to find. Any Mustang place sells replicas for under $100 + shipping.

$75 and free shipping in the lower 48!

Are they easy to fit?
Cut the ends off to the right length, then use 3M trim tape and some self cutting screws to attach it.

Do you think a Mach 1 lip would fit on a 2005-2007? You said all you did was cut down the sides to make it shorter? jw, thanks.
Google is your friend... Another guy on another site did a full how-to for his 2005 Focus.
