OEM is always a good bet, mevotech is good ... any of the brand names like Moog or Raybestos would also be a safe bet.

But honestly, for the effort and cost you're better off replacing the entire control arm - chances are if the ball joint is gone so are the other bushings.
Stay away from Dorman lower control arms. I got 2 years and they were garbage. If I hadn't parted out my car when I did they would have caused a major failure.

hey any idea where I can get moog or raybestos ball joints??
Most parts stores should stock Moog, but I typically order my Moog stuff from Rock Auto. Works out a bit cheaper. I'd just buy the whole control arm. Under $100 for each side, and you get new control arm bushings too.

unless youre like me and have upgraded bushings in your control arm already. ball joint is the budget option haha

i guess it all depends how comfortable you are working on your own car. If you are comfortable w/ balljoints then you will know it'll take longer to cut the factory rivets then to finish the rest of the job while replacing the ball joint.

Just another option. Smile
moog +1, been running LCAs from them for over 2 years on my SVT w/ a 2.2 inch drop, no issues
