PLASTI DIP - US SPEC:

Imported directly from the US, this is a special order group buy with a 2 to 3 week delivery timing and a 50% deposit requirement; this is a popular item in the US right now and the manufacturer is running at full capacity to fulfill orders - so timing is a bit longer than I normally offer.

Considering the opportunity for the supply chain to jack prices under those circumstances I think the pricing here is pretty reasonable - but if the demand continues expect to see price increases in the future; so get 'em while they're hot.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ FIRST:
1. Prices are CAD and include everything except HST; and are based on meeting up in the west end of GTA for delivery.

2. 50% PayPal deposit required to confirm order; the balance is COD, or PayPal (add 3% for PayPal). I will issue a detailed PayPal invoice that will be your receipt for the deposit – you don’t need a PayPal account to participate.

3. The plan is to place the order on or about September 5th for delivery to you between September 19th and 26th.

4. There is no minimum required for these prices, they have been negotiated based on our last group buy performance.

5. No “I think I can get it cheaper somewhere else” posts please ... if you can beat these prices, landed and with exchange, then do your own group buy and I’ll be the first in line. Any post not directly related to the group buy or products will be deleted.

Performance Improvements, which calls themselves "your source for Plasti Dip in Canada" carries Black, Red, White and Clear at 19.99 + HST per can.

They recently had a special on case-lot quantities at 19.00 + HST per can.

Once again we get screwed at retail (not necessarily blaming the retailer) ... I can order online in the states, pay for shipping within the lower 48, go down and legally import the stuff, pay for my gas and everything, and still sell it for 30% less.

I never realized it was THAT much here in Canada...

Not much time left to keep this one open.

I've received a lot of interest on the TorontoMazda3 site (290 views, 4 orders, and an inquiry for one huge order) which I guess isn't surprising given their number of members and the number online at any given time ... 209 online right now vs. our 2 ... which is to say I won't be holding it open too much longer so that the ones who have ordered don't have to wait too long.

Where are you purchasing the dip? I think dip my ride guys have the best prices. I might be interested but I'm thinking more like a few gallons of paint. can ou get gallons or just the rattle can?

Gallons are no problem - and I can beat DYC price all day long and twice on Sunday - plus I can get it a lot faster than from them. I could tell you my source but then I'd have to kill ya.

Well then I might be interested. But im not sure if im ready to take the plunge just yet. Is this a one time thing or would we be able to work out a deal down the line?

Any time you're ready, no hurry - just as long as you can give me a week or two notice.
