so nobody has seen the car since the accident and lately ive been ordering parts like crazy ever since christmas mostly for suspension etc. but i decided to fix and change some exterior things so here it is. i ordered some Lamix-x lenses and re tinted my passenger tail light as it was replaced stock after the accident. also tinted the center brake light as well to make it all gel together.

and if any one knows how to do the DRL/Fog mod on the newer focus, post it up!

thanks for checking it out, ill post more pics likely in another week once i get more stuff done to it!
Car looks good man!
yeah the fog mod would look great with the tinted front end

edit.
an intercooler would look great behind that SAP grill
think the same about my car all the time

id like to replace the rad first haha this was from my string of badluck, 9 hours after getting the car back from the body shop... well a deer decided it wanted to be run over... haha. i think about it all the time aswell. if i go S/C i will go nuts anyways.

i did have some fun doing this today tho. good old heated shop and about 3-4 hours to clean the car out and do the actual work.

quick question for those checking this out, what options do i have for side skirts? i want something simple and not to flashy. will SVT ZX5 skirts fit?

EDIT: for anyone who wants these for their focus (lamin-x) google them, they come pre cut and i paid roughly 50$ for fogs+headlights
Do your front lights give too much light output is that why tinted them? Lol

We gotta put my suspension on that thing soon
Illegal and ghey.

Needs more cowbell.

Have you been talking to NOS?
if im going to have an illegal car i mite as well go all out. exhaust is illegal, lowering it is illegal according to some cops around here, headlights are illegal, stereo cranked is illegal, why worry about 1 more thing? the lights still output close to the same and i am also going to be going HID route anyways so it will make up for it. as for the night shade, i had the tails night shaded long before i even new focus canada existed and i had mis matched tail lights. thats cool if you thinks it ghey ??? spell much? but i could care less what you think. and yes nick, suspension!! i almost have all my other parts in!
If you didn't care what I thought, you would not have responded.

Enjoy your c-dan grandpa

1. Usurping the traditional term GAY to take the homosexual meaning out and leaving in the lame.
That's so gay it's G-H-E-Y!

2 ghey

a derivation of gay meaning lame. meant to be non-offensive to individuals of a homosexual persuasion.
"That focus is niteshade to the tits. How ghey."

Look here GHEY boy

You know much???????? :P  :P P.I.T.A 4 LIFE
Car looks good buddy. I was thinking of tinting my headlights too. Not sure weather to go with the blue or light black.

And don't wry about them they got to much time on there hands, it seems.
Just keep the car in one piece for a little longer. :D

For HID's I've a great place on Ebay to check out, find this store Xenon Kingdom. If you have trouble let me know and I'll send you a link. But don't get the 12000K they are pink and the 20000K are deep blue, not that visible. I have 8000K in the fogs and in the low beams too.
What suspension did you go with?
well i am grabbing nicks kyb's and kw springs, i have a 28.6mm rear sway bar, upper and lower FS stress bars, FS rear bar, massive omni adapter kit, steeda sway bar hardware kit, possibly an H&R 24mm front bar and eventually some CFM front tubular control arms (once they can make them reliable lol) and i think thats it for suspension...

and as for keeping the car in one piece, it doesnt seem possible with my luck, lost a fog light bulb, base for the bulb, and wiring harness all last night treking through the snow on my street as they dont seem to know how to plow  so right now i have a gaping hole where the fog light should be on the passenger side as i took the housing out to mess around with it a little. what a PITA. altho i did rid the car of all the snow underneath, whole front end bottom side was COVERED in snow. second winter and didnt oil spray and it still looks brand new tho, checked it all out while i was under there. hopefully this is the last winter it will ever see.

EDIT: how much for the HID kits because i have a connection that will sell a kit for 120$ a pop.

12,000K would be deep blue, and 20,000k would be pink, or close to it..my cousin is a girl and put pink HID's in her Civic which are 25,000k..Id say go with a 6k HID or 8k tops, nothing else is worth it above 8
i was thinking 6K so that way i would have it pretty bright. anything else i guess is pointless.
Hey heres the site.
http://stores.ebay.ca/Xenon-HID-Kingdom_W0...52BSI%26otn%3D4

It's about 100 with shipping and duties. All water proof and they prove it take a look at the pics. The colors are different with every maker and this maker is pink at 12,000K and deep blue at 20,000K. Because Ignited is blue/purple at 8000K and diamond blue at 10,000K but they are too expensive even when you know the owner. :D

That's some good suspension choises. I ended up missing a Truck and an ambulance but did clip a 3.5ft snow drift a couple of weeks ago. It knowed out my pass side fog lights and poped some screws on the bumper. So I have to change up my lights agian in the fogs but I'm still keeping the HID's in them and I am getting some water proof Pilot Driving lights off ebay for $14.75.
haha sounds like fun, ill check out that side. i did however happen to find the h1 base and pigtail that came off around the corner from my house with a broken bulb in it.... good thing i have extras i guess.
I like the direction you are going but I have to agree with the long standing members. Tinted or Nitesi#ed headlights are tre'ghey. You see, sometimes Team PITA does try and give good advice before they drag you thru the mud.
for the record, that is not night s*** on the head lights. it is a film similar to tint on your windows from lamin-x which is completely remove able and is also a protective film against stone chips etc.
Jamie, looks like you've been attacked by a "la boyz club"
Be aware they don't do anything to their own cars (or have a ford focus vehicle for that matter) but still critisize alot of bs around here.
Bye bye now
Looks good except for the tails.
Keep going!
did you tint the outside of the lense?
