I am back to Canada and had a chance to look at DRL wiring.
[attachment=889]
As you can see Pin #5(DRL relay) has a RESISTOR and tapped into low beam fuses. I found this BS. There is no RESISTOR but long long single wire(GREEN/RED) from driver side to passenger side, then back to fuse box.

Then when you look wires under low beam fuses, there is GREEN/BLUE wires. These 2 wires are attahed to DRL Pin #5 GREEN/RED. Cut that GREEN/RED. I verified this wire(wiring diagram and using multimeter) to be shut off when light switch is ON.
Move this wire to GREEN/BLUE wires under high beam fuses.

This is what you get.

Hope you enjoy this MOD. I do not take any responsibility damaging circuits.

I always wanted my rear fog ON. So I used a relay(turns on with my headunit).

I will get better pictures taken outside and replace those shitty quality pictures if requested.
Welcome back Leo - although I must confess I didn't know you had left. Anyway, thanks very much for the wiring diagram, I'm thinking of moving my DRLs to the city lights and this will most likely help.
no problem, have fun with DRL.
