Get your ass in gear dude lol, and that would be nice if we could get an award for our own club but judged by the main people.

Ask and see if they need some coin for a trophy or what not. We can work something out.

This would be a great drive to have 6+ cars cruising through the country side.Big GrinCool
You got it backwards. We would sponsor the award and select a car for it outside our group and present it to winner

Hmm, Ok sounds like a plan then. Let's do it up!
I have spoken with Jason and will get all the details of what if anything we need to do. I'll post updates
Are we doing the Welcome Dinner at Applebee's

Jamie you can make the decision on this one since we will be following you into battle lol
Ya I personally will be doing the welcome dinner as I am apart of the organizing for focus rising this year. It's always a good time at the welcome dinner and usually some shenanigans too.

We typically leave early morning Thursday to get there mid afternoon and have lots of time before dinner to settle in.
Sounds good to me home slice
Sounds like a plan, I'll be leaving early Thursday morning too.
You guys mind another tagging along? I've had everything booked for a while lol now just trying to find a group to head out with.
That's no problem. What area are you coming from?
I'm in Hamilton
Well I'm sure we can all meet up at that gas station right before niagara. A couple ppl coming from kitchener another coming from Hamilton I'm in brampton and a couple more from oakville. I'll probably be meeting up with the oakville ppl first on my way. So that fuel stop would be the best place to meet up with everyone.
We just need a time now. I'd say GFXjamie has the call on this as he will be leading us lol
is the gas station you are referring to Casablanca? lol
Maybe, I'm not familiar with it bit I think it's a petro
Ya there's a station at Casablanca but I don't think it has 94 for those who need or want to top up... Doesn't matter it's a road trip lol

Morning is when we leave, try to be on the road for 8am but if we are meeting up that way, we should start looking at getting this organized better.

We can have a vote if you like but I like to get into Carlisle around 2-3pm. Enough time to settle before the opening dinner. Additionally I have some focus rising things I need to do when I get there as it is.

Total trip is roughly 7 hours depending where you call the starting mark, have done in less and more pending border and any traffic which typically is not an issue. Weather has played more of a factor with heavy rain than anything.

I'm going to say we should meet at Casablanca for a 730am departure from there meaning aim for 7-7:15.

Let me know what everyone thinks of the time frame for leaving. If others wish to leave earlier, well I'll see what I can do! I have a lot to organize on my end with all my cars coming and people coming and they can be difficult to get moving at times. Just remember hotel check in usually isn't until atleast 1pm at most hotels.
Well put Jamie!

Yes setting a time and sticking to it is a must. Take the Wednesday off and get your stuff in order before you go to sleep.

Also, those times are perfect. Does everyone else approve???
That will work for me
