I would appreciate any suggestions on how to get rid of this in the most cost-efficient manner

P.S. Never give your foci keys to your girlfriend no matter how much she naggs!
fastest way to get rid of that would be to get rid of the gf :)

is it surface or deep? If surface i usually use (brake fluid) and wipe it clean. Once done make sure wash it asap bc brake fluid does take the paint away as well.

its not going to be gone 100% but it will be less obvious.
ouch howd she manage to do that..im lucky my gf doesnt drive yet loll
looks like there are a couple of spots that took the pain off. best bet, once everything is cleaned off, sand down the spots where paint was scraped off and then if you are good at it, spray bomb it
^^

Easy solution. For just ONLY $250 + the cost of paint will FIX the problem.

DRIVING LESSONS!!!!!
This is why I am happy my wife doesn't drive. It may be tougher in the long run but she will never have the chance to do something like this. LOL. Sorry about her skills, but whatever you do don't put the R34 bumper on your car. :puke:
I would do what Mo said but make sure you don't leave any brake fluid on the bumper make sure to wipe it off after your done and just drive it sh!t happens unleass your looking to sell it or enter in car shows just drive it and next time she asks for the keys you just have to point to the bumper, and say no

it's surface mostly and maybe one part that's appearing there black is sanded off a little

thanks for the (break fluid) trick, exactly the kind of ghetto technique I need

unfortunately getting rid of the gf is not an option bc after 7 yrs I'm in too deep with this one lol

she ‘smooched’ a huge cement load bearing post while pulling out of a parking spot in an underground garage, the car was parked too tight, lol

whatever you do, don't let her learn on your car bc this is nothign compared to when mine was learning at a school yard and tried to park perpenducular to a brick wall and slammed the front clip into it because she confused the gas and break paddles, lol this was 5 years ago and as you can see she's still learning

Paint and install.

thanks but no thanks, j3rt, unless you’ll take my current bumper and the old bumper I have that she beat up from before as trade-ins… plus a little cash, lol

yes that's the most likely solution along with some touching up that will give me some practice just in case for the future

but this is exactly why focuses are awesome, if I was driving some pimp-mobile I'd need to keep a defibrillator in the truck just for stuff like this, lol
Let me ask you something... are you trying to get your posts numbers up ??

.. don't take it serious
