I can help compare costs:
From C-F-M
525 USD plus 80 shipping = 605 USD
605 x 1.09 exchange = 660 CAD
660 x 1.13 (PST/GST at border) = 745 CAD
Plus UPS fees of 51.45 CAD = 797 CAD
From ZTWsquared:
649 CAD all-in
See complete details here.

ZTW's estimated cost from CFM is just about bang on. I paid 777.54, but I had it shipped to a buddy in the U.S. to avoid the UPS raperage fees.
If he was offering his deal at the time I ordered my kit from CFM, I would've taken his in a heartbeat.

Nice write-up, looks good. Quick question though, with this upgrade can you still put the stock rims back on, or is there a minimum rim you have to use with this conversion, If you need to switch back to the winters.

Ford Racing does sell a kit that fits 15" wheels in the FRP catalog

The rally kit is also available with SVT rear discs for a complete Rally conversion - ie: 05+ front brakes and SVT rear discs.

If you're concerned about winter fitment, here's what Ford Racing confirmed for me today:
SVT brakes will indeed fit under 16" rims
Rally brakes will fit under 15" rims (no surprise here as the standard rim for 05+ is 15")

All this talk of rim sizes reminded my of something. If you do both the SVT rear disc and front disc swap, your OEM space saver spare is useless. It will no longer fit over the brakes. There are two options as I see it: the SVT spare, or a full size 16" spare.
I was lucky and found an SVT spare at Cookstown Auto.
BTW, this is another downside of the SSBC rear disc conversion kit. It needs 17" rims minimum, not even the SVT spare will work. POS all the way...
