Missfire on load, blew the block apart, oil caught fire on manifold....gonner :(
Went for the usual drive around Snowdon, but the diff's been knocking a bit lately, gradually getting worse. So after taking these pics, I put her on the axle stands and removed the diff and shafts (bearings stuffed in them too), what do you expect from abused 20+ year old bits  Managed to source me very low millage shafts and a diff, so just waiting on them at the mo. Should be back on the road tonight hopefully :)

"Commitment" or that you should be "committed" mate

Now that we have a decent amount of snowcover I have to try and clean the car up and get some winter pictures (The problem is keeping the car clean until I get to my choice of location  )

I bet, but there is a big difference between the snow I get and the snow you guys get....best learn to ski to get to your chosen photo locations

that's how you do RWD... nice setup man..

Or airlift the car in after washing it

Very untidy pics, need to clean some excess oil, grease and salt off the underside, but you get the idea. Oh, there's no leaks anywhere just incase you think there is around the fuel pump

Wow, i just hope that I can make a car as nice as any of these cars, here's to dreaming. Nice collection
Cheers Wink Been a labour of love for a good few years now Smile
Still one of my faves...
Absolutely outstanding, man! Stuff like that keeps me Focus hungry!
Great pics, like the landscape shots, but much much greater cars, and great work on them, dare I say, jaw dropping, my condolences on the first one Sad
(I had the pleasure of owning a Merkur XR4TI - the most wonderful car I have ever driven to date, will never forget it)

Cheers guys! Smile
