Dealers will inspect the trailing arm welding integrity, re-welding and part replacement if necessary.

On certain vehicles, the accelerator pedal movement may become rough, slow to return, or may stick in a depressed position. The problem is caused by either wear or high humidity, and could result in a loss of control. Owners will be notified by first-class mail to return their vehicles to a GM dealer for installation of a reinforcement bar in the accelerator pedal which will allow it to operate smoothly.
2010 BMW X5
2010 BMW X6
Vehicles affected: 6

Vehicles affected: 11,671
On certain vehicles, a wiring harness connector for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning blower motor located under the passengerââ¬â¢s side of the instrument panel may be subject to kicking by the passengerââ¬â¢s feet. If this occurs, the connector terminal may overheat, which could cause the wire insulation or the wiring connector to melt. If the insulation melts and the exposed wires make contact, a fire may result. Dealers will inspect damaged connectors and install a protective cover.
