Well its last minute, but sorry guys, I had to kancel for this year.

Had to re-budget myself since my funds are getting low, and with gas prices, its just not in the cards for us. Cost me $60 just to drive to my parent's house this weekend and back. Plus wifey has to do that naughty 4 letter word on Saturday now. NO not THAT word. Unless its with me.

$73 for 53 litres yesterday, my most expensive fill yet. Still better than the RX-8 would have been.

I'm actually looking into dog-friendly cottages and such right now, too. Might get away in July or August. Better weather it seems, too!

Should we start a new thread for the meeting times and locations on the convoys? LCBO was a good meeting spot in Huntsville last year.

Oh well the diehards will still be there weather looks good and I know afterwards once the pictures and stories start floating around all the folks who Kancelled will be all like "Damn, I should have gone" etc.

At any rate I am dropping my boy at school at 0900 and will be up there by noon. I just cant be bothered with convoys and the like. I will be resting comfortably at site #224.

Weather looks perfect, sunny w/chance of showers, warm days, cool nights. See you up there.

Unfortuately, I can't convoy up this year... hopefully someone is able to get a convoy mobilized, but worse, comes to worse, I'll be at site 209 or 224 (if you don't see andrew or me on my sites, we're likely at the other's).

btw.. I have some substitutes coming up or some camping, and there's talk of doing a big hike on Saturday -- likely the centenial ridges trail if anyone is interested.

Other than that, it's always a good time -- sorry some of ya's had to cancel, hopefully we can catch up before the summer's over (sometime after July 14).

I'll be there saturday night, i'll be at my cottage until then.

Those Kancelling are moving to the better venue for the weekend.

Looks like my weekend just got a bit more expensive....

Someone broke into my locker and stole some of my camping gear.... hopefully can replace it all tonight.

We won't be arriving until later Friday night. Work is going to be understaffed that day. There goes my chance of getting away early. See you there.

i work at Hiram Walkers here in windsor. Wiser's Wiskey and Polar Ice are our main brands that we own...o and Malibu rum, i can bring that for Matt, he seems like the girly drink type :P
