I use a saw from a pumpkin carving kit for most of the cuts just inside the intended line.. then clean it up with a sharp knife so the edgest don't look chewed.
My Wifes Pumpkin ;)

Maybe it should be made into a Focuscanada.net meet? See who can make the wickedest? Jack O'Lantern with the least amount of alcoholic assistance. Afterall, everyone would have to be able to drive home. :rolleyes:
