Sorry to hear about the hassles you went through, is this the same crappy tire across from Markville Mall?
My buddy use to work there, and he use to tell me the horor stories that came out of that shop. They actually have a guy called "Danger Dan" that works there, ask the CT manager to tell you the story how they backed into a hoist knocking down the car that was on it!
Next time if you go to any CT ask to see if the mechanic on your car is licensed. CT pays on rotational piecework. That means if there are not any cars in for serevicing that particular day nobody gets paid. Sad but true. I've heard way too many scary stories coming out of Markham CT, Richmond Hill CT, and the one up the street from here in Brampton to ever get my car serviced, with that particular company.
