Well yesterday I was looking at my rear bumper and noticed there this spot that looks like a spider wed cracks in paint ? think this would be covered by warranty ill get pics later . I dont see how anything could have hit it to make this happen its on top of the bumper under tailight. Hope warranty covers the paint should chip ...
It happened to my Cavalier, It is caused by someone hitting the bumper, no warrenty, Sorry for the bad news, maybe worth a try,

I just noticed mine as well but on the front bumper and it's flaking off, it looks like grey ABS plastic. The car has not been out of my site and it's only 24hrs old. I'm taking it in tomorrow to check my brakes so we'll see what they say about the paint.
