What kind did u purchase?

Had a greddy, but the diaphram crapped out on me. Figured if a Greddy craps out, my ebay one can crap out on me for 1/4 of the price. <_<
Still very much driveable...been driving it this whole time, just dont go into boost. I hit boost, shift, you can REALLY hear the compressor surge. Not the worst thing in the world, but it will affect the overall life of my turbo. Then my idle problem...car drives perfectly fine but as soon as I stop, it starts hunting for its sweet spot. I'd rather get these small issues figured out before I start hammering it down the 1/4 mile track.
There is also Solo event at the bank (scotiabank place) this week-end. $40 for non members, $5 for helment rentals. ;)

When is the solo? Sunday?
I think I might keep my solo money for Calabogie ;)
I'm planning on going maybe the 30th of September!
But, it's so damn expensive. 295$ + 50$ + GST!!!
There is also another event at that place north of Montreal on october the 6th for 125$ But it's so far. If you consider the time and gas to get there, it's worth going somewhere closer even if it's more expensive!

Well, this is my first time trying to put somthing like this together so I kind of ran out of ideas after the dyno fell apart.
I guess we could of started the cruise earlier like 12:00 or 1:00 but what to do after? I guess we could of went to some restaurant to get some food and then go to the track. The only reason I wanted us t go to the track after 6pm is if some of you are bringing a friend or two, it will only cost you 25$ for the whole car load including track runs instead of 10$ per person and 25$ to run.
Hopefully the weather will clear... well the weather network says it will :)
@coolsvt - nice to hear. The more the merrier ;)

No problem man, maybe next time.
For the next dyno day, I'll try to start getting people a good month before the date!
Ian, are you still coming for the cruise and track?
P.S. I'll be leaving home at about 1pm so see ya all at Tim's at about 3pm.
we will wait until about 3:30-45 before leaving, unless everyone is there before then.
Cheers

Sorry fellas, I didn't get that confirmation and we ended up cruising all over the Ottawa area Saturday. Truth be told, we had a blast at a lot of different places that weren't in our original plans.
I've also found that my food / theatre listings in my Garmin Legend are kinda wonky! :D
It's good to hear a few Foci turned out and had some fun!
