Hey folks, the Name's Dimitri from Brampton. Just picked a new 07' Ford Focus Hatch SE, Pitch Black with the SAP option, a couple of months ago.

Love the car, looking forward to many enjoyable years with it, and tinkering with it!

Look forward to conversing with many of you on here!

Take care!
Welcome! Be sure to make it to our annual bbq this August!

Welcome. Your first tinker should be a Focuscanada.net sticker or two!
Welcome to the site.

If you see a Yellow focus Sedan driving round Brampton with dark windows and Rims, and you think it's european, it's my car.
Thanx for the warm welcome!

True story this is actually my first Ford, always was a GM guy but I always liked the Focus, a friend of mine had an 04 SVTF, and really liked his as well. Thought I would change it up a bit and went with a Focus this time, plus my work (Air Canada) offers it's employees great discounts for purchasing Ford products. So in and around the same time I got my car, I also helped get my wife get her vehicle an 08' Ford Escape....but I was forewarned NOT to play/tinker with her truck DAMN!
ohh noooz......not workie
Ooops give it a try now.
Welcome to the board!

(And, yeah, wives for some reason don't really appreciate it when you want to tinker with their vehicles).
that mailbu has a weird racing stripe
lmao I've seen that Malibu.......... in Brampton a few times already... I'll keep my comments to myself on that.
The stripe was an attempt to get that "retro" GM Musclecar feel like the old Camaro's/Nova's had back in the day. I've had really mixed reactions over the years with it. From "hey dude I think you put your stripe on wrong" to "were you drunk". Well it was one of those do it yourself mods, besides playing with the car over the years, putting stuff on/taking stuff off was one of the reasons I was so into the car culture.

With the focus though (IMO) I might go for a cleaner look since I really don't have to add anything to the body itself (SAP). But with time , a little $$$, and some elbow grease I'm sure it'll turn out into something nice.
^^u were drunk, weren't u?
