I actually find bbm Groups annyoing especially busy one. Only way I would agree to joining only if its for meets and get togethers.

Thats a very good point
If its only for meets and get-togethers or small amounts of communication, thats fine with me. I just dont want my phone going off every 5minutes when people use it as a forum :P
