can anybody tell me what i have to do to take out that bar with all 4 injectors in it?

aaah i just need a quick answer
Unbolt the fuel rail from the intake. Disconnect fuel lines using a disconnect tool (watch out for fuel spray). disconnect fuel pressure sensor. Lift off fuel rail, might be a little sticky. It is only pressed over O-rings on the injectors. Injectors may or may not come out with rail. They are also just pressed in the intake.
If you don't know how to do this then maybe you should get someone who does know to do it for you.
i had to use a flat head screw driver and pry HARD to get mine out. i lubed the Orings up and it slid right back in.

i took the harness out first. made removal super easy man.
