I don't make enough money to pay taxes... so... I'm giving my tax credits to my dad.

Oh the life of a student!

What tax return? I pay an acoountant to try and get around loopholes so I limit what I have to pay to the government.

I haven't had a refund in almost 3 years. :(

Porn..
Mine is going towards new tires since my stock ones are finally worn out. Then maybe if I wish hard enough I'll have enough for a decent 42" tv.

Hey, no shame in that... I gave my mom my disability tax credits while I didn't make enough to claim it against my own taxes... She ended up with a few years of mighty fine refunds (about 1K a year for three years)

As to mine... mortally wounding my Master Card debt... and then the idiots will raise my limit again  :P

Geez... who are your accountants? Dewey, Screwem and Howe?

It's almost not possible to not get a refund, all it takes is a lump sum RRSP contribution and wham, you get something back... (and save for your future besides)

Uh.. Tax return?

..... I walked into H&R and got like 130 bucks? That went to um.. Oh, building materials for my room :D.

I don't make enough money to get tax returns.. I just started a new job on monday so... Havn't even gotten a first check :(.

When do they usually come out? I have a serious amount of work to do to research this whole tax thing, starting my business up next month, gotta make sure I'm legal and making money - not losing it ridiculously to the government..
Consult a CGA. Seriously. There's a lot to learn about business taxes, starting with the type of business you're starting to begin with.
bills.
most of it is going to credit card debt, and some it is going to a new pair of sunglasses cause my old ones just happen to break right at the time my tax refund is coming.
I've already invested the $8G I'm getting back.
Supertech forged pistons.

First.......the business made money again.
Second....we make too much money to get UI, even though we receive it throught he year when we are laid off. Have to pay 30% of it back.
Third.....Anyone working at Ford with two Ford incomes doesn't need RRSP's. We get one helluva pension that is easy to live on.
Fourth....trust me, they look for every possible loophole. And my investments were cashed in and made money last year to pay for the downpayment on the new house.

Kapich?

Now, I am off to Cuba.

Tax refund. Who needs one?
gonna buy stock with it like every year... and not in Ford Mo co. LOL
Will find out on saturday but prob buy a xcal2 and dump the rest onto the credit card

I've made $4G from investing $7G in Ford stock in a 6 month period. Bought at $6.40, sold at $9, rebought at $7 and it's at $8 now.

You should seek better financial guidance.
a little to buy some car stuff, a little on the visa, and some to buy crap for moving in/out (me and the fiancee moving in beginning of next month)
I forgot, some of my money is going to my skydiving trip. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
This is bad, we haven't filed since last year. We couldn't find an accountant we liked enough to take our info and work out the "best scenerio" for us. I bought a house, she's still in school, we "could" claim common-law at this point also.
Anyways, we have to find someone to both our claims this year and last. So no return for me yet.
