yeah, when Jason was looking to sell the site, he pulled up a marketing site that had this place sitting in the hundreds of thousands (or more).

either way, someone would have to offer me a lot more than 2G to part with this place. It's like the childhood home..

Hey, I'd rather go for filet minion any day, but that doesn't mean I'll pass up the buffet if I'm starving... the food's a bit older, but it's not like I"m trying to savour the taste....
